What do I love most about teens?
They keep it real!
I help teens make sense of their emotions, their relationships, and who they are without judgment.

I’ve worked with teens for decades in different settings: schools, hospitals, backyards, coffee shops, and Zoom. I know how important it is to have someone who actually listens and cares.
I believe in keeping it honest, kind and real, and finding your inner strength, especially when things feel messy. I spent over a decade at Stanford’s Children’s Hospital helping teens navigate everything from mental health challenges to serious health conditions. Now I connect with teens all over California through online therapy and workshops.
I’m an emotionally focused therapist, which means I help you understand your emotions instead of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or alone in them. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, family stress, identity questions, chronic pain, college pressure, relationships, or just trying to make sense of life, I’ve got you.
I volunteer for Creative Healing for Youth in Pain (CHYP) because I'm passionate about helping youth who experience chronic pain. If this applies to you, please see https://mychyp.org/ for access to free resources, including a virtual summer camp!
