When connection no longer feels safe - in your relationship, in yourself, or both - it can leave you feeling stuck or alone. You may have tried to understand what’s happening, push through it, or simply endure it. The ways you learned to protect yourself made sense once. Now, those same patterns may be keeping out the closeness and ease you long for. I’m here to help you create something different.
I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment-focused EMDR, parts work, and mindfulness to help clients heal relational wounds, make sense of protective patterns, and build connection from the inside out.
My work is shaped by more than three decades supporting children and families, as well as my experience as a mother, bodyworker, educator, and researcher. I listen closely to emotional and bodily cues while offering compassionate, direct feedback when growth calls for clarity. Together, we move beyond insight toward integration - so change feels real, embodied, and hopeful.
